It is impossible to list here all of the organisations which might be able to help you learn stress management techniques - there are simply too many to mention! However, this list combined with the following Selected Reading list, should give a good indication of how you can find out more.
Different centres will charge different rates, so it may be worth checking out a few.
Disclaimer This list is not comprehensive nor is it a recommendation or endorsement of any organisation or any particular agency. Readers should note that they use this information at their own risk.

------oOo------ Selected Reading List
There are numerous books, videos and audio tapes on the market which are designed to help you overcome stress and learn to relax. It is impossible to list them all here. Most bookshops will have a 'health' or 'mind and body' section, as do most libraries. You will probably find that most large music/video shops will have videos on stress and relaxation techniques. The books listed below have been chosen because they are helpful, easy to read (not too technical!) and all in paperback.
